Terms of Service

1. The Service

PressKit is a media kit builder and deal tracking service for creators. It is provided by LudeHQ, based in Larnaca, Cyprus. These terms apply when you access or use PressKit.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your sign in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at contact@ludehq.com if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. Pro subscription, pricing, and billing

PressKit Pro costs €9 per month and is billed through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. VAT may be added where required based on your location and tax status.

If we change the price, we will give you reasonable advance notice. A price change will apply from a later renewal date, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

4. Immediate access and right of withdrawal

The paid plan is a digital service that begins immediately. By subscribing you expressly request that we start providing it right away and you acknowledge that, once it has started, you lose the 14 day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to distance contracts under European Union consumer law. 5. Cancellation

You may cancel Pro at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Pro remains available until then. We do not provide partial refunds for a period already started, except where required by law. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the details.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to PressKit. You give LudeHQ a limited licence to store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide the Service and according to your publishing settings. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use the content you upload. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use PressKit to:

• Break the law, commit fraud, or infringe another person's rights.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority.
• Upload malicious code or attack, disrupt, probe, or overload the Service.
• Abuse the Service or help another person do any of these things.

We may suspend or close an account that materially breaches these terms.

8. Creator supplied information

Social statistics, audience data, collaborations, rates, and deal information are provided by creators. We do not verify that information or guarantee that it is complete, current, or accurate. Brands and other visitors should perform their own diligence before making a decision or entering an agreement.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep PressKit available, but interruptions may occur. We may change, improve, or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice when practical.

10. No warranty

PressKit is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties about uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of creator supplied information. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LudeHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data. Our total liability arising from PressKit will not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Intellectual property

LudeHQ and its licensors own PressKit, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. Your ownership of your content is addressed above.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Larnaca, Cyprus have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
