Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Monthly subscription
PressKit Pro is a monthly subscription that costs €9 per month. Stripe processes the payment.
2. Cancelling
You may cancel at any time by contacting contact@ludehq.com from the email address on your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro features remain active until then, and there will be no further renewal charge.
3. Renewals
Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel. Stripe provides a receipt for each successful payment.
4. European Union right of withdrawal
The paid plan begins immediately. By subscribing you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14 day right of withdrawal once the Service has begun. This is confirmed at checkout.
5. Refunds
We generally do not refund a billing period that has already started, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time. We issue refunds where required by law. We may also issue a refund for a duplicate charge, a clear billing error, or extended unavailability caused by us.
6. Requesting a refund
Email contact@ludehq.com from the address on your PressKit account. Include the date and amount of the charge and a short explanation of the request. We will respond within a few business days.
